Field Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Specialist to join our team at Millennium Freight Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting our services to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Identify potential customers and build and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers to showcase our services
  • Provide solutions to customer issues and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns and materials
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new products/services, and provide feedback to management
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads and promote our services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
  • Proven track record of success in field sales and account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Knowledge of the Distribution, Transportation and Logistics industry
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
